The two counter-acting mixing discs of the stainless steel mixing paddle produce a fast and counter-rotating mixing of the honey, especially with fast running drive machines. Splashing out is avoided even at high speeds.

Mix action:
Two specially designed discs with counter-rotating mix action simultaneously press and lift the material to be mixed in one operation.

Materials:
Recommended for mixing liquid to medium viscosity foods such as honey, mash, etc.
