With an order value below 50,00 € we charge a service fee of 5,50 €.


Shipping conditions

Deliveries within Germany

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product weight).

Standard shipping up to a net value of 249,99 €         8,90 € per max. 30 kg package
Standard shipping from a net value of 250,00 €          carriage free (exceptions see below)

Exceptions: For the mixing device MV1700 and all mixing systems epimix M1, M2, E1 and RotaMixer a shipping fee of 50,00 € will be charged.

The shipping costs include basically the packaging material and the transport insurance!

Delivery time

If the item is on stock and does not have to be produced, we will ship within 2-5 business days, at the latest within one week after order confirmation.

Otherwise, delivery delays are specified in your order or you will receive within 1-2 days of order confirmation with the new delivery time:

• at agreed advance after payment receipt.
• cash on delivery (COD charge 9,80 € / Germany, 18,00 € / export within Europe)
• purchase on invoice

(Please note that on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery.)

If an item is not in stock, you will be informed in our shopping cart.

For special designs or large quantities of a particular product, you will receive the delivery time in the offer or the order confirmation.

We ship by default with DHL mail, DHL shipping  and UPS.
